Giulia Pirozzi From Rome,Italy Is The 1st European Representative and Hopes Not Leting Down Her Country . The 24-year old beauty stands 1.74 m tall and will represent the country at the Miss Sims Earth 2011 pageant in Manila,Philippines next May.
